Project Initiation describes the processes, guidelines, and information you will need to initiate a DMP at Stanford.

The topics covered follow the first two phases of the PDP, Scoping and Feasibility. The tasks within these phases help to identify project controls and logistics, such as budget, funding, project milestones, and program needs identified by your school and/or department.
